Shavon Cormick, a Texan real estate expert with a heart of gold, combines diverse experience. Originally from New Orleans, she settled in Texas in 2005. With 13 years as a licensed social worker, she excels in navigating housing dynamics, having connected clients with housing authorities, owners, and managers. This background fuels her client-centric approach.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Shavon holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW). Her 2017 clinical social work licensure solidified her status as a mental health professional.

Shavon's community spirit shines through her roles as a board member at Women in Power Empowering and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc-Fort Worth Alumnae Chapter. She's also active at New Horizon Fellowship Church.

Shavon believes in accessible housing for all and guides clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners, toward their dreams. Her mission? To foster generational wealth through homeownership.

Beyond real estate, Shavon treasures family time in Fort Worth, dabbling in activities like boxing and Zumba (with a few injuries). She's learned the value of a Trinity Trail stroll. She enjoys Five Below shopping sprees with her 6-year-old nephew, creating new theme songs with each visit.
